Campus-Community Partnerships

The Office of Community Engagement seeks to engage members of the broader community and the University of Minnesota, Morris students, faculty and staff in reciprocal, meaningful course-based and co-curricular partnerships.

Programs Available

bread and bowl
Plan, implement, and assess service-learning projects that fit course goals and meet documented community needs.

Community Meal, Soup and Substance, Gather in the Park, and Bread 'N Bowls are opportunities to eat together and build community.
TREC kids
Provides UMM students with opportunities to tutor and mentor children in pre-K through Grade 6

Training, reflection, and community-building opportunities for students interested in taking a leadership role

Partnerships with our regional Latino community.
