Delfina Arce joined the Native American Student Success Program in May 2019. Previously, she worked in the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Intercultural programs. She served as a Primary Youth Counselor for sexually exploited and trafficked youth for the past year and a half. In her role, she worked on implementing Individual Treatment Plans of 3-4 residents through trauma-informed care. Delfina earned her BA from UMN Morris in Sociology and a minor in Political Science.
