Evan is a master’s level intern through St. Mary’s University finishing his final year to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. He received a Ph.D. in Experimental Clinical Psychology through Texas A&M University in 2017. He has experience working with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds for a variety of issues ranging including depression, anxiety, schizotypy, chronic pain, substance abuse, and others. His professional training background include individual, group, and couples work and includes an eclectic theoretical approach incorporating ACT, CBT, schema therapy, humanistic therapy, strengths based counseling, and existential therapy. He likes people even when they don't like themselves, which works out pretty well for a therapist.
